How to Order a Custom Freshie

Our Custom Freshie Freshies are handmade, scented fresheners created using our existing freshie designs and molds. This option allows you to personalize the scent and colors while maintaining the quality and consistency of our established designs.

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

✅ What You Can Customize

When ordering a custom freshie, you may choose:

  • Scent
    Select one scent from our current Scent List

  • Color Preferences

    • Choose up to three preferred colors

    • Choose whether you would like glitter added or not

    • Choose a base color for the freshie

    Aroma beads are colored using mica powder, which may result in natural variations in shade.

Only designs already offered in our freshie collection or mold list may be used.

🛒 How to Place Your Order

  1. Browse our available freshie designs

  2. Add your chosen design to your cart

  3. Proceed to checkout

  4. In the “Order Notes / Special Instructions” box at checkout, include:

    • Your chosen scent

    • Your color preferences (up to three)

    • Whether you want glitter

    • Your desired base color

    • Clarify if you would like your freshie made on a tiktok live(limited availability)

⚠️ Orders submitted without clear instructions may be delayed. An email will be sent for clarification.

 

Live TikTok Freshie Nights

Occasionally, we host live TikTok sessions where freshies are made live on stream. If your order is selected for a live creation, you’ll be able to watch your freshie come together and interact with us during the process.

To participate, customers must be actively following us on TikTok at the time of the live stream. Live participation is optional, subject to availability, and not guaranteed for all orders.

Please note that live sessions are scheduled in advance and may result in extended processing times. Orders included in live streams will be completed according to our streaming schedule.

Because our freshies are handmade:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to the use of mica powder

  • Final appearance may differ slightly from screen images

  • Each freshie is unique

These variations are normal and part of the handmade process.

  • Custom freshies are made to order.  TAT 3-5 Business Days.

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • No changes can be made once production has begun
