Refund Policy
All products are custom-made to order. As a result, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully prior to checkout. No exceptions will be made.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure timely fulfillment.
Order Issues & Damages
Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.
All claims must include clear photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to provide photos will result in denial of the claim.
If an error is confirmed to be the responsibility of our shop, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages that are refused or returned by the carrier for any reason not caused by our error may be eligible for a refund excluding all shipping costs, once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
