Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, all responsibility for delivery is assumed by the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
All shipments include tracking and carrier-provided insurance. Any claims related to loss, theft, delay, or damage must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier. We do not file or manage carrier claims on behalf of customers.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been submitted.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for shipping refunds and may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Delivery Confirmation
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.
Any delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Policy Acceptance
This policy is intended to comply with Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation. By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping and delivery terms outlined above.
